Jesus Mendoza, Production Supervisor at Electronic Imaging Materials, is fairly new to the company and the Northeast. He joined our team in March 2025 when moving east from Santa Barbara County, California, to be closer to his girlfriend.
Jesus brings great energy, a strong team-first mindset, and a commitment to delivering the highest-quality products to EIM. He also maintains the important principle that office snacks don’t count if they’re out of the wrapper and you can’t read the calories.

Indispensable Member of EIM
In a place where it seems that every week another employee is celebrating a milestone anniversary, Jesus has been at EIM for only a relatively short time, but has quickly become an essential member of the team.
Jesus is one of the first people through the door each morning and stays as late as it takes to close out the shift. Managing a team of nine, he oversees the movement of blank and printed labels through operations—helping ensure orders move efficiently and correctly, from the production floor to our customers’ hands.
What’s Jesus’s favorite part of the job?
“I like the team. They keep it fun and entertaining. And they do great work.”
Customer & Quality Focused

Jesus exemplifies EIM’s commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.“It’s important to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and ask yourself what you expect when you purchase something. I plan for it to be exactly what I ordered.” Jesus continues, “Getting the exact right shade of yellow might seem like a small thing, but it can be make or break for a customer, and that’s where we have to be as accurate as possible with our work.”
Before EIM, Jesus worked with wine brands in a variety of quality and production roles.
While he dealt with a lot of labels (seeing both the good and bad), he never thought about them as intently as he does now. In fact, one of the most common challenges he sees our customers face is knowing they need a label, but being unsure of what the right label is for them, a perspective he can relate to.
Luckily, Jesus says, “We have a great team of customer service representatives who are label experts. They work together with our customers to find a solution that works best for them.” It’s our attention to detail and quality that differentiates us from the competition.”
Why Electronic Imaging Materials?
Jesus was in contact with several companies in New England when planning to move east, but EIM stood out. He enjoyed his conversations with leaders during the interview process and the company’s open and welcoming atmosphere during his on-site interview.
“It just felt right! Plus, they were super accommodating during my cross-country move.”
Life in New Hampshire
Jesus loves sports and appreciates the passionate local New England fan base—even though he’s a fan of the Dodgers, Lakers, and Steelers. He says the time zone still throws him off. Living on the East Coast can make it tough to keep up with his favorite teams on the West Coast.
Outside of the production floor, Jesus is energized by going to the gym, “That’s where I go to clear my mind after work.” He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, cooking, scary movies, and funny television shows, including The Conjuring Universe, Family Guy, and The Office—quite a range.
Jesus’s least favorite part of living in New Hampshire is the cold and snow.
