Meet Alex Garten, from the customer service desk to the dynamic role of an Account Specialist, Alex’s journey is one of passion and dedication.
Alex’s adventure at EIM began in April 2023 as a Customer Service Representative. Before joining our team, Alex’s customer service skills were sharpened at various start-ups, laying the groundwork for his success. As a CSR, Alex was the go-to person for all customer questions. His recent promotion to Account Specialist has opened new avenues for him to explore and excel.
For Alex, the thrill of his new role lies in the potential to define it, and in the growth opportunities it presents. However, “What makes EIM special is the people and the culture,” Alex explains. “The collective energy and diverse perspectives transform everyday tasks into fun experiences.”
An ideal day for Alex begins with his routine morning fuel. No matter the season, iced coffee is Alex’s faithful companion to kick off the day, a testament to his cool and collected approach to life’s challenges. While in the office, Alex is overjoyed when he hears somebody say, “Donuts in the breakroom!”
“It’s not just a sweet start to the day,” he reflects. “The donut is a symbol of optimism! The day’s possibilities are wide open at that point.”
Outside the office walls, Alex unwinds at concerts, dives into video games with friends, or takes a peaceful bike ride. Cooking, gaming, and hiking are the hobbies that keep Alex’s creative fires burning. These moments of leisure are his secret to a balanced life.
Looking ahead, in a decade, Alex envisions a life of comfort, possibly funded by a stroke of lottery luck. Alex would indulge in a top-of-the-line smoker to share the joy of brisket with loved ones, and then fulfill his lifelong dream of earning his solo skydiving certification. He would remain working at EIM, of course, and continue to level up his labeling game.
