“Overall, the experience was good. Early on, last year, I began researching these labels for a first time user. The samples and suggestions allowed us to test them under extreme conditions to our satisfaction. When it came time to order, all of the sudden there are quality control questions about how the number was formatted, etc. This is important, because they have to work with our database, but it would have been very helpful if these issues had been addressed earlier in the process. Or, if we had known they would be asked. I was at the airport out of state between flights trying to direct the questions to the database team to respond. The people were great, but this information up front would have saved us 4-5 days delay in getting the product. We try to dot the i's, etc. but not knowing the questions makes it difficult to keep our ducks in a row. Thanks... hope that helps.”
