The company representative was very helpful. The product we have used in the past was discontinued, so she worked with me to find a comparable item. I had no issue placing the order and it was shipped promptly. I haven’t had a chance to use the product yet, so I don’t know how it compares with what we’ve used previously but the customer service was fantastic.
