Your Label Provider : Are You Satisfied?
Wouldn’t it be great to find out the quality of a product BEFORE you decide if it’s right for you? Even better, what if you could find out the quality of a label provider before making your decision? Let us assure you, EIM is here to help.
At the top of the Electronic Imaging Materials homepage you will find a row of gold stars where you can access our customer feedback reviews. These reviews come from a survey we send out to every customer who has been shipped any of our products. (To avoid sending this form too often, we have a filter in place so customers will only receive this request every 180 days.)
The survey is designed to assess the quality of our services by asking a few simple questions. Those who choose to answer will be asked how satisfied they are with our services and our product(s) and how likely they are to recommend EIM to a friend. These questions are rated on a scale of 1-5 stars with 5 being the best. We also ask if there are any ways we can improve their customer buying experience.
We review this feedback regularly and carefully because we take these responses very seriously. Good or bad, we are eager to adapt and react to our customer requirements. Currently, we have received over 2,000 surveys and are proud to maintain a 5-star rating. We encourage all of our customers to take the opportunity to provide valuable input as to how well we are serving you and your needs.
